Eligible for Refund:

• Unopened products: All unopened products with their seal intact are eligible for a refund.
• 60-day window: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Opened or used products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact us: Let us know your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return label: We'll provide you with a return label to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Ship it back: Package the unopened product securely and send it to the return address provided.

Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
